JOB DESCRIPTION
- Network Traffic Monitoring and maintaining the communication between the application and end users
- Familiar with Port mirroring, Switches configuration, IP Configuration
- Knowledge of IP PBX, and RTP to manage and evaluate the traffic performance
- Assist with the strategy and tactical execution of scaling, managing, and optimizing better network design and architecture currently and in the future
- Hands-on configuration, availability, performance, and security management for firewalls
- Serve as a technical, engineering subject matter expert for a complex global network
- Recommend and perform upgrades on the network system to ensure uptime
- Troubleshoot and repair network-related problems, system failures, switching, routing, etc…
- Collaborate with IT staff and others as required to resolve infrastructure-related problems
