Position Overview:
The Account Executive is a key member of our sales and finance team, responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing sales invoices, and ensuring timely payment of invoices. Key Responsibilities:
– Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and requests.

– Prepare and send sales invoices to clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment terms.
– Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.

– Prepare and maintain sales reports, analyzing sales data and trends to identify growth opportunities.
– Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.
– Coordinate with internal departments, including production and logistics, to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
– Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
– Stay updated with industry trends and market developments, keeping abreast of competitors’ activities and pricing strategies.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
– 2-3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
– Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
– Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
– Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is desirable.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
– Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
