Job Description

The Account Executive plays a crucial role in managing client relationships, overseeing sales activities, and driving revenue growth for the company. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.
New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client base, including prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling, to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration.
Account Planning: Develop account plans for key clients, outlining sales objectives, strategies, and tactics to achieve revenue growth and customer retention targets.
Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of our products and services.
Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure agreements that are mutually beneficial and profitable for both parties.
Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline activity, and client feedback using CRM software, and prepare regular reports for management review.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, and leverage this knowledge to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives and strategies.
Customer Service: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
