Key Responsibilities: CNC VMC Programmer job
CNC/VMC Programming and Operations
- Develop, edit, and optimize CNC and VMC programs using G-code and M-code for machining operations.
- Use SolidWorks and other CAD/CAM software to design, simulate, and create precision machining programs.
- Configure tools, fixtures, and machine setups to ensure the efficient production of parts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming and operational issues to minimize downtime.
- Optimize machining processes to improve productivity, reduce waste, and maintain product quality.
Team Leadership
- Led, trained, and mentored a team of machinists and operators to ensure smooth production workflows.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skill sets and project requirements.
- Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance team efficiency.
Assistance in Production Planning and Control (PPC)

Process Optimization

- Stay updated on the latest CNC/VMC programming techniques and machining technologies.
- Introduce innovative practices to improve tool life, cycle times, and machine performance.
Equipment Maintenance
- Monitor the condition of CNC and VMC machines to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
