Job Description:
As a Finance Accountant, you will be a key player in our financial management team, responsible for handling, overseeing, and analyzing all financial aspects of the company. This role requires a professional with 2-4 years of experience in finance accounting, possessing in-depth knowledge of TDS, TCS, ITR, GST, and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Taxation and Compliance:
– Ensure compliance with all statutory tax regulations, including timely filing of TDS, TCS, and ITR.
– Accurately calculate and file GST returns, ensuring adherence to deadlines and regulations.
– Stay updated on changes in tax laws and advise management on their implications.

2. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
– Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement.
– Provide detailed reports on financial performance, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

3. Cash Flow Management:
– Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow.
– Develop cash flow projections and strategies to optimize financial resources.
– Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient cash flow operations.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting:
– Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.
– Conduct regular budget reviews and forecasts to guide financial planning.
– Analyze financial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

5. Internal Controls and Audit:
– Implement and monitor internal financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
– Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
– Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.

6. Accounts Receivable/Payable Management:
– Oversee accounts receivable and payable.
– Ensure timely collection of payments and disbursement of dues.
– Maintain accurate records for all transactions.

7. Stakeholder Communication:
– Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding financial matters.
– Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
– Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and external partners as required.

8. Team Collaboration and Support:
– Work collaboratively with other departments to support overall company objectives.
– Mentor and support junior staff in the finance department.
– Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Educational Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– Professional accounting certification (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) is preferable.

Experience and Skills:
– 2-4 years of experience in finance accounting in a manufacturing environment.
– Strong knowledge of TDS, TCS, ITR, GST, and cash flow management.
– Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
