6. Policy Formulation and Implementation:

7. Compensation and Benefits:
– Manage the payroll process in collaboration with the finance department.
– Administer compensation and benefits plans.

8. Health and Safety Compliance:
– Oversee health and safety compliance in accordance with legal and company standards.
– Coordinate with departments to implement health and safety protocols.

9. HR Reporting and Administration:
– Maintain employee records and HR filing systems.
– Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

10. Conflict Resolution and Counseling:
– Address and resolve workplace conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

– 2-8 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
– Deep understanding of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
– Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
– Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
– In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
