Job Overview:
The Senior Accountant at Conveyor Manufacturing Company will play a critical role in overseeing the financial health of the company. This role involves managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic financial guidance to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

– Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes.

4. General Ledger Management:
– Maintain the integrity of the general ledger by ensuring accurate coding and recording of financial transactions.
– Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a regular basis.
– Implement and maintain robust internal controls.

5. Tax Compliance:
– Prepare and file timely and accurate tax returns, including GST, TDS, and income tax.
– Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance.
– Collaborate with external tax consultants as needed.

6. Audit Coordination:
– Liaise with external auditors to facilitate annual audits.
– Prepare audit schedules and support documentation.
– Implement audit recommendations to enhance financial controls.

7. Cash Flow Management:
– Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure operational needs are met.
– Implement strategies to optimize working capital and reduce financial risks.
– Prepare cash flow forecasts.

8. Financial Systems and Software:
– Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial software and systems.
– Ensure the integration of financial systems for efficiency and accuracy.
– Provide training to team members on financial software usage.

9. Team Leadership and Development:
– Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants, providing guidance and support.

Qualifications:
