Position Overview:
The SolidWorks Designer plays a critical role in designing and developing our machinery and equipment, utilizing SolidWorks software to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in SolidWorks design, with a strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes. They will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and optimize our products, ensuring they meet quality, performance, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
– Utilize SolidWorks software to create detailed 3D models and technical drawings of machinery and equipment, including Combined Drawing Machine, Two Plane Section Straightening Machine, Vertical Two Roller Straightening Machine, Disc Polishing Machine, Bar Pointing Machine, Spare Parts, and Components.
– Collaborate with mechanical engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements, specifications, and objectives.
– Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews to generate innovative ideas and solutions for product development.
– Conduct feasibility studies and analysis to evaluate design concepts, identify potential issues, and propose design modifications or improvements.
– Ensure that designs comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards.
– Create and maintain documentation, including bill of materials (BOM), technical specifications, and design documentation.
– Provide technical support and assistance to manufacturing teams during the production and assembly process.
– Conduct testing and validation of prototypes to verify design performance and functionality.
– Stay updated with the latest advancements in SolidWorks software and mechanical engineering techniques.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
– 2-4 years of experience in SolidWorks design, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
– Proficiency in SolidWorks software and other CAD tools.
– Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including kinematics, dynamics, and materials science.
– Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, fabrication, and assembly.
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings and documentation.
– Own convenience for transportation is preferred.

Working Conditions:
– Full-time position, Monday to Saturday, with occasional overtime as needed.
