Job Description

The Service Team Leader plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, a strong understanding of the service industry, and a passion for driving performance and excellence. As a key member of our team, the Service Team Leader will be responsible for managing and motivating team members, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities

-Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of service professionals, including assigning tasks, setting goals, and providing guidance and support as needed.
-Performance Management: Monitor team performance and productivity, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
-Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
-Customer Service: Ensure that all customer inquiries, issues, and complaints are addressed promptly and resolved to the satisfaction of the client.
-Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of service quality and compliance with company policies and procedures.
-Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to streamline workflows and improve service delivery.
-Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team performance, client feedback, and key performance indicators for management review.
-Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
-Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations and ensuring that they are met consistently.
-Problem Solving: Handle escalated issues and resolve conflicts within the team or with clients in a professional and diplomatic manner.
-Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members.


– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
– 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the service industry.
– Proven track record of managing and motivating teams to achieve performance targets and deliver excellent customer service.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions to complex issues.
– Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
– Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in service delivery.
