– Provide detailed information regarding course content, duration, fees, enrollment procedures, and any special offers.
– Guide potential students in selecting courses that best suit their career goals and educational needs.

3. Lead Management:
– Generate and manage leads, tracking their progress from initial contact to final enrollment.
– Schedule appointments for prospective students with our career counselors or course coordinators for more detailed guidance.

4. Database and Record Maintenance:
– Accurately enter and update caller information and interaction details in the database.
– Regularly review and follow up on pending leads and inquiries.

5. Performance Reporting:
– Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities, lead generation, and conversion rates.
– Analyze call logs to identify trends and areas for improvement.

6. Feedback Collection and Implementation:
– Actively seek feedback from callers about their experience and expectations.
– Share insights and suggestions with the management team to enhance the Tele-calling process and course offerings.

7. Team Collaboration:
– Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to align Tele-calling activities with broader promotional campaigns.
– Participate in regular team meetings, contributing ideas and learning from peers.

8. Professional Development:
– Stay abreast of new developments in computer technology and education to communicate the relevance and benefits of our courses effectively.
– Engage in training and development programs to enhance communication and customer service skills.

Candidate Profile:

– Experience: Fresher or minimal experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
