Job Overview:
The Telecaller will be an integral part of our team, responsible for reaching out to clients and potential customers via telephone. Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:
– Make outbound calls to potential clients to inform them about our services.

– Follow-up on previous customer interactions and leads.

2. Customer Interaction:
– Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
– Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and via email.

3. Record Keeping:
– Maintain a log of calls made and analyze call outcomes.
– Update customer information in the database during and after each call.
– Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

4. Feedback Collection:
– Conduct surveys over the phone.
– Collect feedback on service and product quality from customers.

5. Sales Support:
– Support the sales team in reaching targets.
– Assist in creating sales strategies and campaigns.
– Encourage customers to upgrade or add services.

6. Team Collaboration:
– Work closely with other departments to improve overall customer service and satisfaction.
– Participate in team meetings and share best practices.
– Report any necessary information to the management like customer insights and potential opportunities.

7. Performance Goals:
– Meet quantitative and qualitative performance goals and set high standards in customer service.

Candidate Profile:

Educational Qualification:  High School diploma; further education will be a plus.
Experience: 0-1 year in a Tele-calling, customer service, or similar role.
Skills:
– Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems.
– Good data entry and typing skills.
– Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
