Role Overview: TGT Trained Graduate Teacher Job

The Trained Graduate Teacher (Sanskrit) will be responsible for teaching Sanskrit to middle and secondary school students. The role includes planning lessons, delivering engaging lectures, and fostering an appreciation for Sanskrit literature, grammar, and its historical significance. The ideal candidate will have the ability to connect with students and inspire a love for the language while maintaining a focus on academic performance and personal development.

Teaching and Classroom Management

  • Plan and deliver effective lessons to teach Sanskrit language, literature, and grammar to students in Grades 6 to 10.
  • Use innovative and engaging teaching methodologies to make Sanskrit learning enjoyable and meaningful.
  • Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and resources that cater to different learning styles and levels.
  • Explain complex Sanskrit grammar concepts, vocabulary, and literary texts in an accessible manner.
  • Maintain discipline in the classroom while fostering an environment of respect and active participation.

Curriculum Development

  • Design a curriculum that aligns with the school’s academic goals and the requirements of the education board (CBSE or others).
