Office Assistant

JOB DISCRIPTION /JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

POST- OFFICE ASSISTANCE/ACCOUNTING STAFF.

1. Should have full working experience on tally ERP 9 (Generating Invoices, Performa Invoice,

Quotation, Order Confirmation), Microsoft Office .

2. Responsibility of Billing, Attendance, Books Keeping, office related management.

3. Maintaining Stocks Input and Output.

4. Working Hours- 9 am to 5:30pm. (Lunch – 30min From 1:00 pm to 1:30pm.)

5. Working Days- Monday to Saturday. (Weekly off- Sunday).

  • Key Skills-   Good knowledge of Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google App script or Good knowledge of MS- Excel, Having knowledge of applying formulas in excel
