Mechanical Site Engineer job-We are seeking a Mechanical Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site operations involving the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of Blue Star products. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in mechanical engineering, hands-on experience in HVAC systems, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
As a Mechanical Site Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring project success by maintaining quality standards, adhering to timelines, and fostering seamless coordination between on-site teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities-Mechanical Site Engineer job
Site Supervision
- Oversee on-site activities related to the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, including Blue Star Central Air Conditioners and VRF Systems.
- Conduct site inspections to verify project requirements and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Monitor daily operations to maintain project schedules and quality benchmarks.
Technical Execution
- Provide technical direction and support for the assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
- Interpret and implement engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals accurately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during installation and operation phases.
Coordination and Communication
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to align project goals and deliverables.
- Serve as the point of contact between clients and the company to address queries and updates.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of design and site activities.
Quality Control and Safety
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, industry standards, and company guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to verify proper functioning and installation of equipment.
- Identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks on-site.
Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and maintain detailed project reports, including progress updates, resource allocation, and site conditions.
- Document all testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities for future reference.
- Maintain records of inventory, equipment usage, and repair schedules.
Process Improvement
- Recommend improvements in site operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Site Engineer, preferably in the HVAC or manufacturing industry.
