Role Overview:
The Amazon Account Manager plays a critical role in managing and optimizing our presence on the Amazon platform. With 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc., the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing product listings, and implementing strategies to enhance brand visibility and profitability on Amazon. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead our Amazon account and drive growth in online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Amazon Account Management:
– Manage and optimize product listings on the Amazon platform, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with brand guidelines.
– Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic metrics, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
– Develop and execute strategies to increase product visibility, conversion rates, and sales velocity on Amazon.

2. Sales Optimization:
– Implement keyword optimization, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize sales and profitability on Amazon.
– Monitor competitor activity and market trends, identifying opportunities for competitive pricing, product differentiation, and market positioning.
– Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns tailored to the Amazon platform.

3. Inventory Management:
– Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and inventory management, to ensure optimal inventory levels and availability for Amazon fulfillment.
– Manage inventory replenishment, forecasting, and allocation strategies to prevent stockouts, minimize overstock, and optimize inventory turnover rates.
– Implement inventory optimization techniques to streamline operations and reduce costs associated with Amazon fulfillment.

4. Customer Experience and Satisfaction:
– Monitor and respond to customer reviews, inquiries, and feedback on Amazon, providing timely and helpful assistance to address customer concerns and enhance satisfaction.
– Implement best practices for customer service, order fulfillment, and returns management to ensure a positive shopping experience and maintain high customer ratings and reviews.
– Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for personalized marketing, cross-selling, and upselling strategies to increase customer lifetime value.

5. Performance Reporting and Analysis:
– Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales revenue, conversion rates, average order value, and return on investment (ROI).
– Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to derive actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
– Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, communicating the impact of Amazon initiatives on overall business performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
– 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce account management, with a strong focus on Amazon.
– Proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth on the Amazon platform.
– Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, trends, and technologies.
– Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools and platforms, such as Amazon Seller Central.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.
