Role Overview:
The Driver plays a crucial role in our organization, responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods, materials, and personnel. The primary responsibilities include operating company vehicles, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. The Driver will also be responsible for vehicle maintenance and documentation, as well as providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

1. Safe Vehicle Operation:
– Operate company vehicles, such as cars, vans, or trucks, in a safe and responsible manner.
– Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving.
– Ensure the safety of passengers, pedestrians, and other road users at all times.

2. Timely Delivery of Goods:
– Transport goods, materials, and equipment to designated locations in a timely manner.
– Plan routes to minimize travel time and optimize efficiency.
– Coordinate with dispatchers and supervisors to ensure timely deliveries.

3. Vehicle Maintenance:
– Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and brakes.
– Report any mechanical issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
– Keep company vehicles clean and well-maintained at all times.

4. Customer Service:
– Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients and colleagues.
– Assist with loading and unloading of goods as needed.
– Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth delivery operations.

5. Documentation:
– Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
– Complete delivery logs, trip reports, and other documentation as required.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Minimum of 3-8 years of driving experience.
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
– Familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:
