Position Overview-Telecaller and Computer Work Nangla
The Telecaller and Computer Work professional will play a crucial role in our customer service and administrative operations. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and performing various computer-related tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and basic administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.

1. Telecalling Duties
– Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from customers, address their queries, provide information about our services, and resolve any issues or concerns.
– Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our services, gather feedback, and follow up on inquiries or complaints.
– Customer Service: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
– Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through outbound calls and record their details for follow-up and conversion.

2. Computer Work Duties

– Office Coordination: Assist in coordinating office activities, scheduling meetings, and supporting other administrative tasks.

– Supplies Management: Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
4. Customer Relationship Management
– Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services and address any additional needs.
– Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve our services and identify areas for enhancement.
– Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints professionally, providing timely solutions and escalating issues to the relevant department when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills-Telecaller and Computer Work Nangla
Educational Background
