The HR Executive job for male will play a crucial role in managing the human resources functions within the company. This includes manpower recruitment, employee welfare, EPF (Employee Provident Fund) & ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation) management, and other HR administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a mature professional, aged between 27 to 35 years, with a graduate degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience. The candidate should reside within 5-7 km of Old Faridabad, ensuring proximity and ease of commute.

Key Responsibilities-HR Executive job for male

1. Manpower Recruitment:
– Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
– Utilize various job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels to source potential candidates.
– Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company standards.
– Conduct interviews, both telephonic and face-to-face, to assess candidates’ suitability for various roles.
– Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and ensure timely recruitment.
– Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
– Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training programs.

2. EPF & ESIC Management:
– Ensure accurate and timely processing of EPF and ESIC contributions for all employees.

– Liaise with government agencies and ensure adherence to statutory regulations.
– Maintain up-to-date records and reports for audits and inspections.

3. HR Administration:
– Maintain employee records and ensure the accuracy of HR databases.
– Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
– Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other perks.
– Oversee leave management, attendance tracking, and other employee records.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
– Handle employee grievances and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency.

4. Employee Engagement and Development:
– Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
– Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
