Role Overview:
The Sales and Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth and market expansion initiatives for ROBOT–EARTHMOVER PARTS. With 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a proactive approach to business development. This position requires a results-oriented individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, fostering client relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:
– Identify and target potential clients, including construction companies, equipment manufacturers, contractors, and dealers, to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
– Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis to identify market gaps, customer needs, and growth opportunities for earthmover parts and accessories.
– Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to penetrate new markets, increase brand awareness, and drive product sales.

2. Client Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and challenges, and providing personalized solutions, technical support, and after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
– Conduct regular client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our product range, highlight key features and benefits, and address client queries or concerns effectively.

3. Sales and Revenue Generation:
– Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives by actively prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with clients, distributors, and channel partners.
– Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents in response to client inquiries, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance with company pricing policies and terms of sale.
– Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports to evaluate business performance, identify sales trends, and recommend strategic initiatives for revenue enhancement.

4. Marketing and Brand Promotion:
– Develop and execute marketing plans, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives to promote ROBOT–EARTHMOVER PARTS products, enhance brand visibility, and engage target audiences across various online and offline channels.
– Manage social media platforms, website content, and online marketing campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase customer engagement, leveraging SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
– 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on earthmover parts, automotive components, heavy equipment, or related products.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building client relationships in a competitive market environment.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively to diverse audiences.
– Proficiency in sales and marketing techniques, CRM software, and digital marketing tools for lead generation, customer relationship management, and campaign management.
– Result-oriented mindset, proactive approach to problem-solving, and ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
