As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Executive to join our team.

Role Overview:
The Store Executive plays a crucial role in managing the inventory and warehouse operations of the company. With 2-3 years of experience in store management or logistics, the ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to the smooth functioning of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:
– Receive incoming materials and supplies, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and packing slips.
– Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stock movements, stock counts, and replenishment requirements.
– Implement inventory control measures to minimize stock shortages, excess inventory, and obsolescence.

2. Warehouse Operations:
– Organize and maintain the warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval of materials, optimizing space utilization and accessibility.
– Supervise the handling and storage of materials, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and proper handling procedures.
– Implement best practices for inventory management, including FIFO (first in, first out) and LIFO (last in, first out) principles.

3. Material Handling and Issuance:
– Coordinate the picking, packing, and issuing of materials for production orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliveries.
– Prepare and maintain documentation for material transactions, including goods receipts, issue slips, and stock transfer notes.
– Collaborate with production planners and procurement teams to forecast material requirements and maintain adequate stock levels.

4. Vendor Management:
– Liaise with suppliers and vendors to coordinate deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and expedite urgent orders as needed.
– Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews, evaluating factors such as delivery timeliness, product quality, and pricing competitiveness.
– Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to optimize procurement costs and ensure timely availability of materials.

5. Compliance and Reporting:
– Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to inventory management and warehousing.
– Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
– Conduct periodic audits of inventory accuracy and integrity, investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
– 2-3 years of experience in store management, inventory control, or logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
– Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, warehouse operations, and material handling techniques.
– Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
