Role Overview:
As a Telecaller at MDS Health Care, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients, scheduling appointments, and promoting our home health care and clinical services to patients and their families. With 1-3 years of experience in Telecaller or customer service, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a proactive approach to engaging with clients and addressing their healthcare needs. This position offers an opportunity to work remotely, collaborate with a dynamic team, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and communities.

TELECALLER WORK FROM HOME JOB – Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:
– Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, including patients, caregivers, and families, to introduce MDS Health Care’s services, explain service offerings, and address inquiries or concerns effectively.
– Engage with leads generated through various channels, such as online inquiries, referrals, marketing campaigns, and partnerships, and nurture relationships to convert leads into appointments and service bookings.

2. Appointment Scheduling:
– Coordinate appointment scheduling for home health care visits, clinical consultations, diagnostic tests, and medical procedures based on patients’ preferences, availability, and medical needs.
– Manage appointment calendars, update scheduling software or systems, and confirm appointments with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

3. Client Relationship Management:
– Build rapport and establish trust with clients by providing personalized assistance, addressing their concerns, and offering guidance on available healthcare services, treatment options, and post-discharge care plans.
– Follow up with clients post-service delivery to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for service improvement or additional support as needed.

4. Data Management and Reporting:
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, appointment details, service requests, and follow-up activities in CRM software or databases.
– Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call metrics, appointment bookings, conversion rates, and client feedback to track performance, analyze trends, and evaluate the effectiveness of Telecaller initiatives.

TELECALLER WORK FROM HOME JOB  – Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in healthcare management, business administration, or related discipline.
– 1-3 years of experience in Telecaller, customer service, or sales roles, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
– Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate information clearly, empathize with clients, and build rapport over the phone.
– Strong interpersonal skills, active listening skills, and the ability to engage with diverse audiences, including patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.
– Proficiency in using telecalling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications for call management, data entry, and reporting purposes.
– Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet performance targets in a remote work environment.
