Role Overview:
The Field Executive plays a critical role in driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and promoting the company’s products and services to potential customers. With 1-2 years of experience in field sales or marketing, the ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:
– Prospect potential clients within the assigned territory, including construction companies, contractors, builders, architects, and engineering firms, to generate new business opportunities.
– Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and product presentations to promote the company’s steel products, demonstrate features and benefits, and address customer inquiries and concerns.
– Identify customer needs, preferences, and project requirements, offering tailored solutions and recommendations to meet their specific demands and enhance customer satisfaction.

2. Client Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
– Provide personalized support and assistance to clients, offering product samples, technical specifications, and pricing information, and addressing any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
– Act as a trusted advisor and consultant to clients, offering insights, recommendations, and value-added services to support their business growth and success.

3. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, potential threats, and areas for growth.
– Gather feedback from clients, sales team members, and other stakeholders, analyzing data and insights to refine sales strategies, product offerings, and marketing campaigns.
– Provide regular updates and reports on market conditions, competitor performance, and sales activities, contributing to informed decision-making and strategy development.

4. Sales Planning and Execution:
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans, territory management strategies, and action plans to achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and growth objectives.
– Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and management to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and promotional campaigns, aligning efforts to maximize sales opportunities and customer acquisition.
– Track and monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, and conversion rates, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed to drive results and meet KPIs.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– 1-2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in the steel manufacturing or construction industry.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
