Job Description

Position: HR Executive
Location: Sector 06, Faridabad, Haryana
Experience: 1-2 years

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Selection:
– Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and other sourcing channels to attract top talent.
– Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.

2. Onboarding and Orientation:
– Facilitate new employee onboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions, explaining company policies and procedures, and assisting with paperwork completion.
– Work closely with department heads to ensure smooth integration of new hires into their teams.
– Monitor and track employee probationary periods and provide necessary support and guidance.

3. Training and Development:
– Identify training needs within the organization through performance evaluations, skills assessments, and feedback sessions.
– Coordinate training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
– Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

4. Employee Relations:
– Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and grievances.
– Mediate conflicts and disputes between employees and provide fair and impartial resolutions.
– Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, mutual respect, and teamwork.

5. Performance Management:
– Assist in the implementation and maintenance of performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
– Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
– Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

6. Compliance and Legal:
– Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
– Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, employee handbooks, and HR policies.
– Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

7. HR Administration:
– Manage employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
– Process employee transactions, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in a timely and efficient manner.
– Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review and decision-making.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 1-2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
– Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
– Proactive and results-oriented approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
