Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Greater Noida

We are on the lookout for a seasoned HR Manager who can bring 5-10 years of experience to our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive work environment and steering our workforce towards achieving strategic business goals.

Job Summary:
The HR Manager will be instrumental in developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This includes areas such as succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. The HR Manager will provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and the board of directors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Leadership:
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
– Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
– Manage the recruitment and selection process.

2. Policy Development and Implementation:
– Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
– Nurture a positive working environment.
– Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

3. Compliance and Risk Management:
– Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
– Manage complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy.

4. Talent Acquisition and Management:
– Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
– Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
– Ensure HR plans align with mission and business objectives.

5. Employee Engagement and Culture:
– Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
– Align the organizational culture with the company’s vision and values.

6. Compensation and Benefits Administration:
– Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
– Administer benefits, payroll, and other HR programs.

7. Performance Management:
– Drive a performance management culture where all employees are aware of their objectives and their performance against these.
– Implement performance review processes.

8. Training and Development:
– Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled workforce.
– Plan and implement training initiatives to meet the company’s and individual employee needs.

9. Organizational Development:
– Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
– Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.

10. HR Data and Analytics:
– Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
– Manage HR data and analytics for informed decision-making.

11. Employee Well-being and Work-life Balance:
– Promote employee well-being and work-life balance initiatives.
– Implement occupational health and safety measures.


– Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
– A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
– Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
– Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
– Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
– Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS/HRIS systems is a plus.
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
– Aptitude in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
– Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
