Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive
Location: Head Office in Old Faridabad, Haryana, India; Working place in Gurugram, Haryana, India

Job Description:

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at SANNAYO ELECTRIC LIMITED, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and promoting our products and services in the Gurugram region. This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the electrical or construction industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development:
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the Gurugram region.
– Identify key market segments, customer demographics, and potential growth opportunities in the area.
– Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.

2. Customer Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders in Gurugram.
– Identify and establish connections with prospective clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
– Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering product recommendations, technical support, and after-sales service as needed.

3. Lead Generation and Conversion:
– Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and digital marketing efforts.
– Qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and present proposals to potential clients in Gurugram.
– Follow up on leads and negotiate contracts to secure new business opportunities in the region.

4. Sales Support and Coordination:
– Collaborate with internal teams including technical, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of products and services in Gurugram.
– Coordinate with clients in Gurugram to schedule site visits, installations, and product demonstrations.
– Provide ongoing support to clients in the region, addressing any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. Marketing and Promotions:
– Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services in Gurugram, leveraging both traditional and digital marketing channels.
– Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and case studies to showcase our offerings to clients in the region.
– Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions in Gurugram to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

6. Sales Performance Analysis:
– Monitor sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards targets in Gurugram.
– Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback specific to the region to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
– Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities in Gurugram.

7. Continuous Learning and Development:
– Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the Gurugram region through continuous learning and networking.
– Participate in sales training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the local market.
– Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the organization.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
– 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the electrical or construction industry.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
