Job Description:

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Dharna Engineers, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development:
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
– Identify new market opportunities and potential customers for our products.
– Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

2. Customer Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
– Understand customer needs and requirements and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
– Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

3. Lead Generation and Conversion:
– Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
– Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities through effective communication and follow-up.
– Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to prospective customers.

4. Sales Support and Coordination:
– Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
– Coordinate with internal departments to address customer requirements and resolve issues.
– Provide support to customers throughout the sales process, from inquiry to post-sale support.

5. Marketing and Promotions:
– Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and brand.
– Utilize digital marketing channels such as social media, email, and website to reach target audiences.
– Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our products and services.

6. Sales Performance Analysis:
– Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress towards targets.
– Analyze sales data and market feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
– Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities and performance.

7. Continuous Learning and Development:
– Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
– Participate in sales training programs and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
– Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the organization.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
– Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
– Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
– Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
