Job Description

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating on-site activities related to the installation, construction, or maintenance of our products. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction processes and techniques, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

– Site Management: Supervise and coordinate on-site activities to ensure that projects are executed according to specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
– Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the site team, including subcontractors and laborers, to achieve project objectives and targets.
– Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of tasks.
– Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that workmanship and materials meet company standards and customer expectations.
– Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
– Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and any issues or concerns that may arise.
– Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any obstacles or challenges encountered during the project execution phase, and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
– Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and material inventory, and submit timely reports to management as required.
– Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and control costs to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and maximize profitability.
– Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to site staff on best practices, safety procedures, and company policies to enhance performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

– Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
– 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
– Solid understanding of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
– Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
– Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
– Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
– Willingness to work on-site and travel to different locations as required.
