– Maintain a database of potential customers and update information regularly.

3. Product Explanation:
– Clearly and concisely explain the features and benefits of various insurance products.
– Address customer queries and provide accurate information to assist in decision-making.

4. Appointment Setting:
– Schedule appointments for interested customers to meet with our insurance advisors.
– Ensure that all appointments are recorded accurately in the system.

5. Follow-Up Calls:
– Conduct follow-up calls with potential customers to gauge interest and address any additional questions.
– Maintain a proactive approach to keep potential customers engaged.

6. Customer Feedback:
– Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience and areas for improvement.
– Record feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.

7. Data Entry and Record Keeping:
– Enter accurate and detailed information about customer interactions into the company’s database.
– Keep records updated and organized for easy access.

8. Achievement of Targets:
– Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

– Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade. Prior experience is not required; this is a Fresher position.
– Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
