Key Responsibilities: CNC Programmer job in Sector-6

1. CNC Machine Programming:
   • Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for efficient and accurate production.
   • Analyze product designs and specifications to determine the best programming approach.
   • Set up and operate CNC machines for test runs to ensure programs meet specifications.
   • Resolve programming issues to maintain consistency and minimize production downtime.
2. Daily Machine Setup and Monitoring:
   • Oversee the daily setup of CNC machines, including bending and drilling equipment.
   • Monitor machine performance to ensure proper functionality during the production process.
   • Adjust machine parameters and tools to maintain accuracy and productivity.
   • Collaborate with operators to ensure seamless transitions between production shifts.
3. Machine Maintenance:
   • Perform routine maintenance to ensure all equipment operates efficiently.
   • Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues, minimizing machine downtime.
   • Maintain records of machine maintenance and repairs for future reference.
   • Work closely with the maintenance team to implement long-term solutions for recurring issues.
4. Quality Control Checks:
   • Implement and manage quality control procedures to maintain production standards.
   • Perform inspections of machined parts to ensure they meet client and company specifications.
   • Identify defects or inconsistencies and implement corrective actions.
   • Document and maintain records of quality checks for process improvements and audits.
5. Understanding of CAD Drawings:
   • Interpret CAD drawings and convert them into actionable CNC programs.
   • Ensure machined parts match CAD specifications with precision.
   • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to clarify ambiguities in drawings.
   • Provide feedback on CAD designs to optimize manufacturability.
6. Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
   • Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
   • Implement best practices to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
   • Train team members on new techniques and methods to improve overall operations.
   • Stay updated on the latest CNC technologies and introduce innovations where applicable.
7. Compliance and Safety:
   • Ensure all operations comply with safety and regulatory standards.
   • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for the team.
   • Promote a culture of safety awareness within the production team.
8. Collaboration and Reporting:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality assurance.
   • Prepare and present production reports to management, highlighting challenges and achievements.
   • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure availability of materials and tools.
