Store Executive job-Role Overview:

As a Store Executive job at Paras Industries, you will play a critical role in managing our inventory, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring the availability of materials for our manufacturing operations. With 2-3 years of experience in store management or inventory control, the ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Store Executive job-Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:
– Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, components, and finished goods in the warehouse or storeroom.
– Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, locations, and movement history, using inventory management software or manual tracking systems.

2. Stock Control and Replenishment:
– Monitor stock levels, track inventory turnover rates, and analyze demand patterns to forecast future inventory requirements and ensure adequate stock availability.
– Place purchase orders with suppliers, coordinate deliveries, and verify the quantity and quality of incoming materials against purchase orders.

3. Warehouse Operations:
– Organize and optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization, facilitate material handling, and improve operational efficiency.
– Implement proper storage practices, including FIFO (first in, first out) and LIFO (last in, first out), to minimize inventory spoilage, obsolescence, and damage.

4. Material Handling and Logistics:
– Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to schedule material deliveries, transfers, and shipments according to production schedules and customer orders.
– Arrange for transportation, loading, and unloading of materials, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and shipping requirements.

5. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
– Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory checks to verify inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
– Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies and procedures in all warehouse and inventory management activities.

6. Documentation and Reporting:
– Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory transactions, including receiving reports, shipping records, and stock movement logs.
– Generate inventory reports, performance metrics, and analysis for management review, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Store Executive job-Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
– 2-3 years of experience in store management, inventory control, or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
– Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and MS Office applications.
– Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
– Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
