• Install CCTV cameras, digital video recorders (DVRs), and network video recorders (NVRs) in residential, commercial, and industrial locations.
• Mount and secure cameras at strategic locations for maximum coverage and efficiency.
• Run, terminate, and conceal cables to ensure neat and professional installation.
• Configure camera settings, including resolution, frame rates, and video storage options.

2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting

• Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure all systems are functioning as expected.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to CCTV hardware, software, and networking.
• Repair or replace faulty components such as cameras, cables, DVRs, or power supplies.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and resolve problems effectively.

3. System Integration and Upgrades

• Integrate CCTV systems with other security devices such as access control systems and alarm systems.
• Upgrade outdated systems to meet the latest technology standards.
• Ensure all installations comply with technical specifications and safety standards.

4. Networking and Connectivity

• Set up wired and wireless networks for CCTV systems, ensuring stable connectivity.
• Configure remote viewing setups through mobile apps or web interfaces for clients.
• Troubleshoot IP camera network issues and optimize bandwidth usage.

5. Customer Interaction

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their security needs and preferences.

6. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance tasks, and system upgrades.

• Follow safety protocols during installations, ensuring the protection of property and personnel.
