As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced Account Executive to join our team.

Role Overview:
The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. With 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management, the ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of our company in the competitive steel manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and challenges.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, addressing issues promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to review account status, discuss upcoming projects, and identify opportunities for collaboration and upselling.

2. Business Development:
– Identify and prospect potential clients within the target market segments, leveraging industry knowledge, market trends, and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
– Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals, including lead generation, cold calling, and networking activities.
– Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiating terms and conditions to secure new business partnerships.

3. Order Processing and Management:
– Coordinate with internal departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to process and fulfill client orders in a timely and accurate manner.
– Monitor order status, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines, proactively addressing any issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
– Maintain detailed records of client transactions, order history, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

4. Market Analysis and Reporting:
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
– Prepare regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and forecasts to track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor sales performance, and evaluate progress towards sales targets.
– Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans to achieve sales objectives and drive business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in steel manufacturing or related industry.
– Proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
– Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
