AutoCAD Designer job-Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Drawing and Design:
– Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, models, and schematics using AutoCAD software, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with design specifications and standards.
– Interpret and translate engineering sketches, blueprints, and specifications into precise and comprehensive CAD drawings, including part assemblies, layouts, and manufacturing plans.

2. Product Development Support:
– Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to develop and refine product designs, prototypes, and concepts, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
– Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving activities to identify design improvements, cost-saving opportunities, and innovative solutions.

3. CAD Software Proficiency:
– Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD software and other relevant CAD tools and software applications, utilizing advanced features and functionalities to enhance productivity and efficiency in design tasks.
– Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in CAD technology, tools, and techniques, and continuously seek opportunities for skill development and improvement.

4. Quality Assurance and Documentation:
– Conduct quality checks and reviews of CAD drawings and models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design standards and specifications.
– Maintain organized documentation and records of design files, revisions, and project iterations, following company protocols and version control procedures.

5. Collaboration and Communication:
– Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and project managers, to coordinate design activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
– Participate in team meetings, design reviews, and project discussions, providing input, feedback, and insights to support project objectives and goals.

AutoCAD Designer job-Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
– 1-2 years of experience in CAD design roles, with proficiency in AutoCAD software.
– Strong understanding of engineering principles, technical drawing standards, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
