– Gather client feedback and use it to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
– Work closely with clients to develop customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
Performance Monitoring:
– Track and analyze team performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
– Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges.
– Develop and implement performance improvement plans for team members as needed.
– Recognize and reward outstanding performance to motivate and inspire the team.

Training and Development:

Qualifications and Skills-Team Leader job
Educational Background:
