1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning needs.

4. Recruitment Strategy and Analytics

  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and applicant-to-hire conversion rates.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the HR Manager on recruitment progress and challenges.

5. Onboarding and Documentation

  • Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Coordinate background checks, document verification, and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and processes.

6. Candidate Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with a pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Address candidate queries promptly and professionally.

7. Compliance and Records Management

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, hiring regulations, and company policies.
