MIS Executive job-Role Overview:

As an MIS Executive job at Company you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, generating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making and strategic planning across the organization. With 3-5 years of experience in MIS or related roles, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data management tools, and the ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and actionable manner. MIS Executive job-Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management and Analysis:
– Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various sources, including ERP systems, databases, spreadsheets, and other business applications, to generate insights and support decision-making processes.
– Develop and maintain databases, data models, and data visualization tools to facilitate efficient data management, reporting, and analysis.

2. Report Generation and Dashboard Development:
– Design, develop, and automate reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers to monitor key performance metrics, trends, and anomalies, providing timely and accurate information to management and stakeholders.
– Customize report formats and structures to meet specific departmental or business requirements, ensuring relevance and usability of information.

3. Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:
– Monitor and track departmental and organizational performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement, trends, and opportunities for optimization or cost savings.
– Conduct regular reviews and audits of data quality, integrity, and consistency, implementing corrective actions and data cleansing procedures as needed.

4. Process Optimization and Efficiency:
– Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data collection methods, and enhance data accuracy and accessibility, leveraging technology and best practices in MIS and data management.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and sales, to implement system enhancements, data integration projects, and process improvements.

5. Strategic Planning and Decision Support:
– Provide analytical support and insights to senior management and department heads to facilitate strategic planning, goal setting, and decision-making processes.
– Conduct ad-hoc analyses, scenario modeling, and forecasting exercises to evaluate business opportunities, risks, and challenges, and recommend actionable solutions.

– Generate and maintain reports on dispatch activities within the company.

– Handle invoicing and e-way billing processes efficiently.

– Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.

– Utilize advanced Excel functions including V-lookup, H-lookup, Index Match, and Pivot Tables.

– Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all reporting tasks.

– Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data for reporting.

– Willingness to work across two locations: Palwal and Faridabad.

MIS Executive job-Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

– Prior experience in dispatch reporting and e-way billing preferred.

– Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Immediate availability for joining is preferred
